Hey, I’m Lex, founder of Go Wild Fitness. Former athlete, twin mama, and your personal hype woman in the gym and in life. Go Wild Fitness was born from my own comeback story. After years of being active, life hit me hard — motherhood, burnout, and the moment I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself anymore. I hopped on the scale, saw my weight and it broke me. But it also woke something up in me — the fierce, focused, and wild version of me who refuses to settle. I stopped hiding. I started moving. And I created Go Wild Fitness for every woman who’s ready to do the same.
